At Signature Touch Renovations, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, custom home finishing and improvement services tailored to your specific needs. Because our work is customized and involves personal craftsmanship, we have a strict no-refund policy.
No Refunds on Custom Work
All projects undertaken by Signature Touch Renovations are considered custom work. Once work has commenced or a contract has been signed and materials have been purchased, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations for any reason.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, approvals, and specifications before work begins. Changes or cancellations after work has started will not be eligible for refunds.
Complaints and Revisions
We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you have concerns about the work performed, please contact us within 24hrs of project completion. We will work with you to address any issues through revisions or adjustments as necessary.
Payment Terms
All payments are due according to the terms outlined in your contract or estimate. Payment confirms your agreement to these policies.
